Barracuda Assistant

Barracuda Assistant is an AI assistant integrated into Data Inspector that answers your questions about Barracuda products and services. You interact with Barracuda Assistant using natural language to help you understand Data Inspector and other Barracuda products.

Barracuda Assistant gives you:

• Instant expertise: Provides fast, accurate answers drawn directly from trusted Barracuda Campus content.

• Simplifies complexity: Translates technical documentation into clear, conversational guidance.

• Saves time: Eliminates the need to search across multiple pages or platforms for answers.

• Always available: Delivers 24/7 access to Barracuda knowledge across all products where adopted.

Click on the Barracuda Assistant button at the top right of your screen to get started.

When Barracuda Assistant opens, type your question where you see Ask your question. Or select from one of the predefined questions below the text box.

Barracuda Assistant will respond to your question. You can ask a follow up question where is says Type your response.

If you want to begin a new conversation, click the pencil icon at top right.

Barracuda Networks values your data and lets you delete past chat history. Deleting history resets the AI and removes your previous interactions with Barracuda Assistant.

To remove your chat history:

1. Click on the three dots that are the More options icon at top right.

2. Two options are displayed, History and About. Click History.

3. Your conversations with Barracuda Assistant are displayed. Click individual conversations or click Select All for the entire chat history to be selected.

4. Click on the trash can icon.

5. Deleting your chat history will erase all your data and prevent you from accessing past conversations. Click the Delete button to permanently delete the selected conversations.

Another way to delete your entire chat history is to:

1. Click the dots to see More options.

2. Click About.

3. Click the Delete chat history button. Note: this will delete your entire chat history permanently. There is no option here to select individual conversations.

Click the three dots that show More options and then click About to see other information about Barracuda Assistant including legal and privacy information.
