About Avast Business CloudCare

Avast Business CloudCare is a cloud-based administration platform that allows you to service and protect endpoints in your customers’ networks. The  CloudCare service module provides total visibility into your customer sites managed by CloudCare, allowing you to:

• identify and address security threats,

• ensure all CloudCare customer sites have Avast Business Antivirus, Content Filtering, and Online Backup services installed and enabled,

• update definitions and run a scan on a device, view alerts generated in Barracuda Managed Workplace, which are based on

• Windows Events and Windows Services notifications,

• directly access the CloudCare partner portal to modify scan settings and policy configurations, and to generate reports.
