Managing Antivirus Alerts
You can view and take action on Avast Business Antivirus alerts at the multi- site, site, and device level. The Avast Business Antivirus Overview pages are designed so that you can view alerts by category, or view all alerts at the multi-site, site, or device level. You can then take action on individual alerts by creating tickets, viewing and modifying the monitoring configuration, and clearing or suppressing the alert.

Both the multi-site and site page views include anย Alert Summaryย section where you can view Avast Business Antivirus alerts in the following categories:
Threats detected
Virus definition out of date
Antivirus disabled
Virus scan overdue
Restart required
Viewing All Avast Business Antivirus Alerts
Each Avast Business Antivirus page also includes anย Active Alertsย link at the top that you can click to view a list of all alerts across all sites, at that site, or for that device.
To manage Avast Business Antivirus alerts
In Service Center, clickย Avastย Antivirus.
Do one of the following:
In theย Alert Summaryย section, click the number beside the alert category you want to view.
Click theย Active Alertsย link at the top of the page.
Address the alert in one of the following ways:
To view theย Avast Business Antivirusย page for a site, click the link in theย siteย column.
To view theย Avast Business Antivirusย page for a device, click the link in theย Device/Websiteย column.
To view and potentially modify the alert configuration, click the link in theย Alert Configurationย column.
To create a trouble ticket to take action on the alert, click theย Create Ticketย link.
To clear an alert, select the check box beside the alert, and then clickย Clear. For more information about clearing alerts, seeย Clearing Alerts.
To clear all alerts, clickย Clearย All.
To suppress an alert, select the check box beside the alert, and then clickย Suppress. For more information about alert suppression, seeย Suppressing Alerts.
