To add alert remediation information to an Intronis Backup Alert Configuration

  1. In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Intronis Backup.

  2. Click one of the following:

    • Files and Folders

    • Physical Imaging Standard

  3. Click a policy name.

  4. Click the Settings tab.

  5. Click Modify.

  6. Click the Alert tab.

  7. Click the title of the alert configuration.

  8. In the Remediation Steps box, type the steps to take to resolve the issue.

  9. In the Knowledgebase URL box, type a URL.

  10. Click Save.
