Deleting a User Account from a Role

If a user account does not have any role assigned to it, the user is unable to log into Barracuda RMM.

  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Users & Roles > Role Management.

  2. Click the name of the role from which you want to delete a user account.

  3. Click the Members tab.

  4. Click Remove that corresponds with the user account you want to remove.

  5. Click Save.
