Hardware End of Sale/End of Life

End of Sale (EoS)

The End of Sale is the last order date for the product as well for all options associated with that product, including any maintenance contracts, software subscriptions, content security subscriptions, and so on. Note that purchase of hardware maintenance subscription (Instant Replacement) provides coverage up to the defined End of Life (EoL) date of the product. After the defined EoS date, you can no longer purchase or extend a hardware support package. Between the EoS date and the EoL date, you can extend software subscriptions (e.g., SSU, EU) and content security subscriptions (e.g., URL filter, antivirus), but not beyond the EoL date. In case of a hardware failure after EoS date, you might be required to transition to similar hardware.

End of Life (EoL)

The End of Life is the last day of firmware support for a specific hardware and firmware product bundle, including software subscriptions, content security subscriptions, and any hardware maintenance subscriptions. Barracuda Load Balancer ADC firmware released after this date will no longer be tested or supported on this hardware model and might or might not work. In case of a hardware failure after the EoL date, you might be required to transition to different hardware.
