Unlinking Accounts from the Microsoft 365 Service

To unlink an account from the Microsoft 365 Service (M365), perform the following steps.

1. At the MSP App Accounts listing, select the account to which you want to unlink.

   
   The Products and Services list is displayed.
   Open

   

2. At the Products and Services list, click Details, as shown below.

    

   
   The Details page is displayed.
   Open

   

3. Click the Unlink M365 Account button.
   The Linked status is changed to Unlinked.
   Note: This action may take up to 24 hours to display.
