How to Access the Download Portal in SecureEdge Manager

The Download Portal in SecureEdge Manager provides a secure way to find and download firmware packages, hotfixes, updates, Firewall Admin, NAC/VPN client, and utilities that match your installed versions.

Access the Download Portal

Go to https://se.barracudanetworks.com and log in with your existing Barracuda Cloud Control account.
In the left menu, click the Infrastructure icon, and then select Download Portal.
The Download Portal page displays the following information:
- Firmware packages, hotfixes, Firewall Admin updates, NAC/VPN clients, and utilities are available on a single download page.
- Package details, including file sizes, are displayed.
- Sorting and filtering options help users quickly find the required packages.
On the Download Portal page, click the three-vertical-dots icon to download the firmware and view its details.
Click See details.
The selected <Firmware package > page opens and displays metadata details for the chosen firmware.

Filtering and Sorting Features

You can sort and filter packages to locate a specific package version quickly.

Add Filters

You can search or add filters to view specific packages on the Download Portal page.
Click Filters.
The Filters window opens. Specify the values for the following:
- Type – Select type. You can choose between Firmware, Hotfix, Firewall Admin, Update, Utility, or NAC / VPN Client.
- Scope – Select scope. You can choose between critical, feature, maintenance, or security.
- Version – Select firmware version from the drop-down list.
Select the criteria you wish to search for.
Click Apply.
To reset the filter, click Clear all.

Sorting Features

You can filter and sort packages on the Download Portal page to view specific entries. To sort the Download Portal table:

Click Sort: Release date.
Select the criteria you wish to sort for. For example, in this case, select Type and Ascending.
The Download Portal table is sorted according to your preferred criteria.
