Exporting the All Tickets table on the Security Overview

When you export the contents of the All Tickets table on the Security Overview:

• Filters you applied to the table are applied to the contents of the file, so information you filtered out doesn’t appear in the exported file.

• Columns that you hid on the page don’t appear in the exported file.

The file is generated as a CSV file that you can open in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application.

1. In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Intelligence > Security Overview.

2. Optionally, do either of the following:

   • Apply filters to the table

   • Hide columns in the table

3. Click Export Tickets .

The CSV file exports to your Download folder.
