Blocking and Unblocking IP Addresses

If you have a Firewall configured, you can block IP addresses that are the source of tickets. 

To block or unblock an IP address
  1. In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, do one of the following:

    • Click Intelligence > Alarms & Alerts, click a ticket that has a source IP, then click View Ticket Details.png .

    • Click Intelligence > View Ticket. Type a ticket number to view.

  2. In the Source IP row, click Block/Unblock IP.

  3. Select a firewall.

  4. Select one of the checkboxes:

    • Block

    • Unblock

  5. Click Submit.
