Integrating Google Workspace - Service account key creation disabled error
Certain customers may encounter the following error when creating the private key in the process of integrating Google Workspace:
If you encounter this error, you need to enable service account creation in Google Workspace before continuing.
To enable service account creation
Log in to Google Workspace.
Select the project you created.
In Select a resource, click the source.
Click All.
Click the three dots menu in the top right corner, then click IAM/Permissions.
For the organisation, ensure the role Organisation Policy Administrator is listed. If it isn’t listed, click the pencil icon, then in Role, select Organisation Policy Administrator and click Save.
In the left navigation menu, click Organisation policies.
Click Filter and type
account key.Next to Disable service account key creation, click the three dot menu and select Edit policy.
Select Override parent’s policy.
In the Rules area, click Off, then click Done.
