Alerts Activity Log

To view the details of alerts you have created, see View Alerts. For a log of Alerts activity, go to the Activity > Records > Alerts page. Alert activity details include: 

• When – How many minutes / hours / days ago the alert was triggered.

• What – The type of alert. 

• Detail – The Name of the alert. This is configured in the Name field when you create an alert.

• Who – User whose activity triggered the alert.

• Severity – Shows symbol for High, Medium, or Low.

Logs are retained for 30 days.
