Barracuda Support Access

If necessary, you can allow a Barracuda Networks support technician to temporarily impersonate your account access. To do so, click to show your admin profile at the bottom left of your screen.

Then click Enable Support Access.

After your issue has been remedied, click the link again, which now reads Disable Access.
