Service Unavailable Message is Displayed for On-Premise Service Center
If nothing has changed in the environment such as Software (OS, SQL, AV) hardware, network upgrades or modifications
restart the Service Center Application server
ensure that SCMonitor Windows service is running on the Application server
ensure that the SQL Server and SQL Server Agent is running on the SQL server
Ensure MWPool application pool in IIS are running (Some environments may also have an SCMessaging application pool that will need to be restarted)
Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for the restart of the Service to complete before the Service Center is accessible again
Note: In some cases, the IIS Service Center Application Server, some partners may call this the front-end server, and SQL server may be on the same system
Note: The SQL Server service name may be slightly different if a different instance name is used
Note: Support is not responsible for the external access of the Service Center. If the Service Center Application can access the Web sites it is up to the partner to determine where the issue is
If a change has been made
Collect logs from the Service Center Application Server

Roll back the changes or restore from a backup
