Verifying User Email Addresses

For users who did not verify their email addresses when their accounts were created, use the following procedure to send a link that a user can use to verify their email address.

Until the user authenticates the email, a caution symbol is displayed in the Email column on the Configuration > Users & Roles > User Management page.

The validation link in the email expires after 24 hours. If the link expires, you can send another email.

To send a user a email to verify their email address
  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Users & Roles > User Management.

  2. Click the user name.

  3. Click the Profile tab.

  4. Click Send Validation Email.
