To map Barracuda RMM sites to Intronis Backup customer accounts

After you have linked the built-in administrator to the Intronis Backup partner account, all the customer accounts managed by that partner are available to map.

It may take up to a minute before the customer accounts are available.

  1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Integrations > Barracuda Integrations.

  2. Click a site link.

  3. In the ECHOplatform Customer Account area, select the name of the partner you want to map to the site.

  4. Type the Username and Password.

  5. Click Validate.

  6. Click Save.
