Viewing ServiceNow Asset Synchronization Logs
Asset synchronization logs are kept for 14 days. Generally, this means that 14 logs are available, due to the daily asset sync. However, if you forced a sync by clicking the Sync Now button, more than 14 logs are available.
To view asset synchronization logs
In Service Center, click Configuration > Integrations > Service PSA Integrations.
Click the ServiceNow Service Desk Module link.
In the right menu, click Asset Synchronization Schedule.
In the Log Viewer table, click the View Log link next to the synchronization you want to see.
The log opens in Notepad.
