Viewing a List of Predefined Reports
In Service Center, clickย Reportingย >ย Reports.
Do one of the following:
To view the reports with a folder view, ensure theย Groupedย check box is selected. Use the chevron (>) to open a folder.
To view a list of reports, clear theย Groupedย check box.
