To set the behavior of the Intronis Files and Folders Backup if a failed file is encountered

  1. In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Intronis Backup > Files and Folders.

  2. Click the name of the policy you want to edit.

  3. Click the Settings tab.

  4. Click Modify.

  5. Click the Advanced tab.

  6. If you want Intronis Backup to retry failed files, select the Retry Failed Files checkbox.

  7. If you want Intronis Backup to retry locked files, select the Retry Locked Files checkbox.

  8. Click Save.
