Writing the Code for a Custom Barracuda RMM App
Use the API reference documentation to write the code for your app in your preferred development environment with your preferred programming language, using the Service Center username and password authenticate.
The Barracuda RMM API is NOC API, a RESTful API based on HTTPS requests and JSON responses.
The API reference document is available in the Swagger format. You can find the Swagger documentation at <SCMessaging>/SCMessaging/ui/index, where <SCMessaging> is the part of URL of your Service Center before the third slash. For example, if the URL for your Service Center is https://rmm.company.com/SC, then the documentation is found at https://rmm.company.com/SC/SCMessaging/ui/index.
You can also find the link to the Swagger documentation in Service Center at Configuration > System Settings > Communication Settings.
If you created a custom app using Version 1 of the API, you can change to the new Version 2 endpoint by switching the v1 to v2 in the endpoint URL. See the Swagger documentation for details.
