Managed devices are tested on the following operating systems:

Onsite Manager	Device Manager and Support Assistant

Windows
Windows 11 and higher, 64-bit	Windows 11 and higher
Windows Server
Windows Server 2022 and higher	Windows Server 2022 and higher
macOS
macOS Ventura and higher	macOS Ventura and higher

It may be possible to monitor legacy OSs through local OMs, but other OSs are not tested and are not recommended by the RMM Development and RMM Support teams.
