Onboarding Overview Dashboard

To view details about devices with onboarding issues, take a look at the Onboarding Overview dashboard.

You can use this dashboard to view and correct some common discovery issues, including:

  • Devices that do not have a monitoring protocol enabled, including WMI, SNMP, and SSH

  • Windows devices that do not have RDP enabled

  • Windows devices that do not have the Admin share enabled

  • Devices that are not being monitored

  • VMware devices that do not have vSphere credentials
