Updating Permissions for Microsoft Integration
Occasionally Barracuda Networks will update the integration of Integrated Email Protection (IEP) and Microsoft 365. At that time, you will need to accept the updated Microsoft application permissions.
Updating permissions does not affect your settings and protection preferences.
Upon signing in or when accessing Incident Response or Impersonation Protection, a modal will appear if permissions need to be updated.
Click the Next button to view and accept the updated permissions.
The Skip button allows you to temporarily postpone accepting new permissions and being locked out of IEP.
If the updated permissions have not been accepted, a pink banner will appear at the top of Incident Response and Impersonation Protection. You can click the Accept permissions link in the banner at any time.
The Emails Quarantined by Microsoft cannot be accessed until permissions have been accepted.
