Assigning Packages to Existing Accounts

To assign packages to an existing account, perform the following steps.

  1. Log in to the Barracuda MSP portal, and then click Manage on the ECHOplatform ribbon.
    The Management Dashboard is displayed.

  2. Click the account you want modify.
    The Manage Account page is displayed.

  3. Click the Edit button.
    The account data is displayed.

  4. Use the Backup package and/or Account billing plan drop-down menus to make your modifications, and then click Save.
    The Account page is displayed with your modifications.
