Deleting Credit Cards
Note: To ensure uninterrupted service, at least one active payment method must remain on your account. Please add a new card before removing your current one. See Adding Credit Cards.
To delete a credit card, perform the following steps.
On the ECHOplatform ribbon, click Pay Bill, Select Payment Method, as shown below.
The Payment Method page is displayed.
Click the Delete Card tab.
The Manage Credit Cards pop-up is displayed.Click the Credit Card number down arrow to display existing credit card numbers.
Select the non-active credit card number (with the line crossing through it).
The inactive card number is displayed with the Delete button.Click the Delete button.
The Delete Card pop-up is displayed.Click Confirm.
The credit card number is deleted.
