Configuring Multi-Factor Authentication

Note: Multi-Factor Authentication is performed through the BarracudaONE interface.

To access the BarracudaONE interface to add multi-factor authentication (MFA), perform the following steps.

1. At the ECHOplatform ribbon, click Preferences, View/Edit Contact Information as shown below.
   (Finance users: At the ECHOplatform ribbon, click Contact Info.)
   Note: The Tech user’s menu does not display all options.

   The Contact Information page is displayed.

2. At the Configure MFA section, click the BarracudaONE link.
   The BarracudaONE Contact Information form is displayed.

3. At the Multi-factor Authentication section, click the Add device button and provide the required information.
