Configuring a DMARC Subdomain for IBU Branding Emails

To configuring a DMARC subdomain for IBU branding emails, perform the following steps.

1. Ensure the IBU branding email address is set to Verified in ECHOplatform, as shown below.
   
   
   

   Open

   

2. Check your DMARC configuration for your_domain.com.
   
   

3. Ensure DMARC settings use a relaxed policy for SPF.

4. Create a subdomain by adding the following DNS settings:
   
   

   • subdomain. your_domain.com | MX | 10 feedback-smtp.us-east-1.amazonses.com

   • subdomain. your_domain.com | TXT | "v=spf1 include:amazonses.com ~all"
     
     
     

5. Check DNS settings.

6. Notify Barracuda MSP Support at Support@barracuda.com regarding your DMARC subdomain so your custom MAIL FROM domain can be configured with Amazon SES.
