Can Intronis back up Mac OS X computers?

At this time, ECHOplatform only provides native support for Microsoft Windows.

To backup data from other operating systems such a Mac OS X, Linux, or Unix, we recommend mapping out drives or sharing out folders from those systems to a Windows computer running the Backup Agent.
