API Documentation Rendering Issue

    We are currently experiencing an issue with the interactive API documentation for Web Application Firewall (WAF) and CloudGen Firewall (CGF).

    Atlassian has confirmed a platform issue in Confluence Cloud that prevents Swagger/OpenAPI content from rendering for anonymous (public) users. Because our product documentation is publicly accessible, affected API reference pages may appear blank or fail to load.

    The issue is not specific to Barracuda and is being actively worked on by Atlassian. No ETA is available at this time.

    We will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
