Permissions

Admin

• Full privileges (create, read, write, edit, change, delete) to all MSP App features.

• Assign/change/delete Product & Services.

Tech

• Read-only permission for Products & Services and Details only.

• Can edit User Billing List.

• Can link/unlink the M365 connector.

• Cannot access Roles & Access nor Billing.

• Cannot access scheduled reports.

• Cannot add/assign/change accounts.

• Cannot assign/activate/change Barracuda Services.

Tech (cannot delete)

Same as Tech role.

Finance

• Access only to Billing tab.

• Read-only permissions to Products & Services

• Cannot access scheduled reports.

• Cannot add/assign/change accounts.

• Cannot assign/activate/change Barracuda Services.

• Cannot link/unlink the M365 connector.

• Cannot view and edit user billing list.

• Cannot access Roles & Access.
