Removing a Serial Number from a Service

To remove a serial number from a service, perform the following steps.

1. Select the account with the activated service with the assigned serial number.
   
   

   Open

   

2. At the Product & Services List, select the product or service with the assigned serial number you want to remove and then click Edit.
   The Edit pop-up is displayed.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Click Remove Serial.
   The Confirm Deletion pop-up is displayed.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Select the check box and then click the enabled Confirm button.
