About the User Billing List
The User Billing List provides a listing of billable users for both Google Workspace and Microsoft M365 users. A listing of licenses is also provided when the account is linked to the M365 Connector.
It is not required to have an M365 account linked to the M365 Connector to see billable users. However, the M365 Connector needs to be enabled to view the licenses. See Linking Accounts to M365.
