The Tickets page from MSP App is view-only for the ECHOplatform IBU. Tickets can only be created/updated in ECHOplatform. See Legacy ConnectWise - ECHOplatform Integration. To display this page, see Accessing Legacy ConnectWise Manage Integrations.

  1. At the ConnectWise Manage Integrations ribbon, select Tickets.
