Barracuda Assistant is now more powerful

We’ve added data sources to expand the scope of Barracuda Assistant. Barracuda Assistant can now help you with more information about Barracuda products, security, and where to get support.

Conversation History for Barracuda Assistant

Barracuda Assistant now stores the history of your conversations so you can easily review answers to questions you’ve asked before. You can search through previous conversations to put answers at your fingertips. For more information, see Viewing and searching previous Barracuda Assistant conversations.

You can also delete individual conversations or your entire conversation history. For more information, see Deleting Barracuda Assistant conversations.
