How to use Barracuda Assistant

Barracuda Assistant is an AI partner that helps you every day by giving you real-time insight into your data and answering questions about Barracuda products and services.

Use Barracuda Assistant to query your data to get critical, up-to-the-minute insight in your own words.

Barracuda Assistant can give you real-time answers about:

  • Alerts from all your configured products, including a breakdown by type, severity, and source.

  • Subscription data, such as serial numbers, trials, activation statuses, the last activation date, and end date of activation.

  • Product status for all your configured products supported by BarracudaONE.

Barracuda Assistant can only provide information. It can't make changes, updates, or perform write operations.

Like all AIs, Barracuda Assistant may provide inaccurate or incomplete information. We recommend checking responses with the provided source material.
