Locate the BCC ID and Workspace ID in the User Profile Menu

You can access the BCC ID and Workspace ID from the user Profile menu in SecureEdge Manager. Copy them with one click for support tickets.

View BCC ID and Workspace ID

1. Go to https://se.barracudanetworks.com and log in with your existing Barracuda Cloud Control account.

2. In the bottom-left corner of the window, click the Profile icon.

3. The Profile menu opens.

4. Scroll down to the bottom to see the BCC ID and the Workspace ID of the user profile menu.

5. Click on the clipboard icon to copy the ID to your clipboard.
