How to Change the Language Settings in SecureEdge

Barracuda SecureEdge Manager allows administrators to change their preferred language for the SecureEdge portal. You can log into the SecureEdge Manager using the local language of your browser or operating system. If the local language is not supported by default, the SecureEdge dashboard is displayed in English. The language setting can be easily changed in the cloud-based web UI.

SecureEdge Manager supports these languages:

  • German

  • English

  • French

  • Japanese

  • Spanish

  • Portuguese

  • Italian

Change Language Settings

  1. Go to https://se.barracudanetworks.com and log in with your existing Barracuda Cloud Control account.

  2. In the bottom left of the window, click the user Profile icon.

  3. The user Profile menu opens.

  4. To switch to another language, click Language: English.

  5. The Select language window opens. Select your preferred language. From the drop-down list, you can choose among the following: Deutsch, English, Español, Français, Italiano, Japanese, and Português.
    For example, in this case, the default language of the SecureEdge portal is English and the preferred language is French.

  6. You can see the SecureEdge dashboard in the selected workspace is displayed in French.

Note that changes to the language are saved after you log out. If, for example, your browser is set to French, you will see the French version by default. However, if you manually change the language to English, that change will be saved.
