How to Configure Zero Touch Settings

How to Configure Zero Touch Settings

The Zero Touch Settings page in SecureEdge Manager allows you to configure Zero Touch appliance settings and manage API access tokens for Zero Touch authentication.

Configure Appliance Settings

Use these settings to manage redeployment using a previously used configuration and specify how long, in minutes, an appliance should wait before reverting to its previous configuration.

  1. Go to https://se.barracudanetworks.com/ and log in with your existing Barracuda Cloud Control account.

  2. In the left menu, go to Infrastructure > Zero Touch and click Settings.

  3. The Zero Touch settings window opens.

  4. In the Appliance settings, specify values for the following:

    • Redeploy configuration – Click to enable.

    • Revert timeout (minutes) – Enter the time in minutes.

  5. Click Save. To discard unsaved changes at any time, click Reset.

Manage Authentication Settings

View Existing Tokens
  1. Go to Infrastructure > Zero Touch.

  2. Click settings.

  3. The Zero Touch settings window opens. Click the Authentication settings.

  4. The Authentication settings tab displays and manages the API access tokens used for Zero Touch authentication. Each token is linked to an administrator account and has a defined expiry date. The table shows the following details for each token:

    • ID — The unique identifier of the token.

    • Administrator — The administrator account associated with the token.

    • Created — The date and time the token was created.

    • Expires — The date and time the token expires.

  2. Click on the trash can icon on the right side of the token row.

  3. The Revoke token window opens.

  4. Click Ok to confirm.

Deleting an active authentication token prevents any Zero Touch device that uses that token from authenticating until a new token is assigned.
