Making SOC Requests

The SOC Service Request page lets you make requests to SOC team and track the status of existing requests.

When you submit a request, a ticket is created. You can then track the ticket like any other ticket.+

To submit a request to the SOC team

When adding an attachment, the maximum file size is 20 MB. The supported file types are:

  • Images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc.)

  • Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Text files

  • CSV

  • JSON

  • XML

  • YAML

  • audio

  • video

  • Archives (ZIP, 7z).

  1. If you’re not on the SOC Service Request page, click Administration > SOC Service Requests.

  2. Click Submit Request to SOC Submit Request to SOC.png.

  3. In the Submit New SOC Request dialog, fill out the following:

    • Subject

    • Description

    • Priority

    • Request Type

    • Optionally, add an Attachment.

  4. Click Submit.
