Viewing the Details of a SOC Request
Making a SOC request through the Dashboard creates a ticket similar to any other SOC request.
All updates from the SOC team appear on this page. You can also add your own comments for the SOC team to review.
To view the details of a SOC Service Request on the SOC Service Request page
If youโre not on the SOC Service Requests page, click Administration > SOC Service Requests.
Click a ticket on the SOC Service Requests table.
Click View Ticket Details.
To add a comment to an existing SOC Request
On the View Ticket Details page, click Add Comment.
Type a comment.
Optionally, choose a file to attach to the request.
