Uninstalling Endpoint Protection from a Device
When you uninstall endpoint protection from a device, the endpoint protection agent is uninstalled. The device is removed from its group, and it no longer appears on the Endpoint Devices page.
Consider snoozing protection on the device(s) instead. This lets you turn off protection temporarily. The protection is turned back on automatically after a period of time that you choose, or you can turn the protection back on manually. Snoozing protection lets you pause protection instead of leaving devices unprotected.
If you uninstall endpoint protection, you can only protect the device again by reinstalling endpoint protection using the Setting up Endpoint Protection for Devices procedure.
To uninstall endpoint protection from one or more devices
In Barracuda XDR Dashboard, click Infrastructure > Endpoint Devices.
In the Endpoint Devices table, do one of the following:
To uninstall the agent from one device, click the row of a device.
To uninstall the agent from multiple devices, select the checkboxes of the devices.
Click the Uninstall Devices button.
Click Confirm.
