Barracuda XDR Release Notes — June 2026
The June release of Barracuda XDR includes:
New Dashboard features
Email AI summaries on a schedule, powered by Bailey
You can now have AI summaries emailed to the address that’s associated with your XDR user, keeping you up to date on what’s happening in your environment. You’ll get clear insights into items such as:
Endpoint Devices - Including status of applications and patches, blocked network connections, connectivity, operational status, and vulnerabilities.
Tickets - Including ticket status, common subjects, and trending issues.
Data Sources - Including device count, statuses that need review, devices that need your attention, potential security issues, and low activity devices.
Audit Log - Including successful logins, significant actions, and accounts with low activity.
Ticket timeline analysis
The new Ticket Timeline Analysis page presents gives you a more comprehensive view of your alert tickets. This view gives you more options for filtering, and more detail on the ticket’s journey.
The Ticket Timeline Analysis is available for alerts only, and not alarm tickets.
To view the Ticket Timeline Analysis
Do one of the following:
To search for an ticket, click SOC
> View Ticket, then type the Ticket ID of an alert ticket in the top right of the View Ticket page.
To view a specific ticket, click the row of an alert ticket in the All Tickets table on the Alarms & Alerts page. Then click View Ticket Details

In the top right corner, click Open Analysis

PowerShell script download for Windows XDR Collector install
A PowerShell script download is now available for Windows XDR Collector installation. This script assists Windows installations with a more consistent, reliable script that specifies the command must run as Administrator.

Dashboard bug fixes

7915 | Spaces and most special characters are now no longer permitted in most ATR configuration fields for firewalls. The exceptions are: Type, Range Name, Cluster Name, and Box Name. |
9572 | Resolved an issue where clicking the X button in the Edit Table Display dialog didn’t clear changes. |
10476, 10527 | Resolved an issue where clicking the Help button on certain pages opened the wrong page. |
10665 | Resolved an issue where certain users could not delete escalations. |
