Managing User History

This page provides procedures on how to view, customize, sort, and export user history.

To viewing user history

In Service Center, click Status > User History.

To customize the time period of user history

  1. In Service Center, Status > User History.

  2. In the top right corner of the window, click one of the following buttons:

    • View All

    • Last 30 Days

To sort user history

  1. In Service Center, Status > User History.

  2. Click the column you want to sort by.

The arrow that appears in the column indicates the sort order. The up arrow 

 indicates the column is in alphabetical (A-Z) or chronological (oldest action first) order. The down arrow 
indicates the column is in reverse alphabetical (Z-A) or reverse chronological (newest action first) order.

To export user histories to Excel

  1. In Service Center, Status > User History.

  2. In the top right corner of the window, click Export, then click Excel.
