Categorizing an Alert

In Service Center, click Configuration > Alerting > Monitors & Alert Rules.

Locate the name of the monitor that contains the alert you want to configure.

Click the Alerts tab.

Click the name of the alert configuration.

In the Alert Categories, Actions, and Notifications area, click Categorize Alert.

Select the name of the alert category on the left and click the right- pointing arrow to add it to the right box.

Click OK.
