  1. In Service Center, clickย Dashboardsย >ย Centralย Dashboard.

  2. Click the red alert number under the alert category.

  3. Click theย Advanced Filteringย icon.

  4. Filter the list of alerts using theย Categoryย list.

  5. Clickย Filter.
