Working with the Intronis Backup Default Policies

Default policies have been created for you. These policies include default settings you can use as-is, or you can either customize the settings in the default policies or copy the policies to use them as a starting point for new policies.

The default file and folder policies are:

• Windows Server Files and Folders Policy

• Windows Workstation Files and Folders Policy

The default physical imaging policies are:

• Windows Server Physical Imaging Standard Policy

• Windows Workstation Physical Imaging Standard Policy

You can edit the settings in the default policies, but you can’t change the policy name or description, and you can’t delete the default policies.
