Removing Intronis Backup Integrations

If you remove your Intronis Backup integration, you can re-integrate it at any time. However, Barracuda RMM will no longer display Intronis Backup data.

To remove an Intronis Backup integration

1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Users & Roles > User Management.

2. Click the link of the built-in administrator.

3. In the ECHOplatform Partner area, click Unlink.

4. Fill in the CAPTCHA.

5. Click Unlink.

6. Click Save.

To unlink a site from an ECHOplatform customer account

1. In Service Center, click Configuration > Barracuda Integrations.

2. Click the name of the site you want to unlink.

3. In the ECHOplatform Customer Account area, click Unlink.

4. Click Save.
