To set the severity of an Intronis Backup alert

  1. In Service Center, click Service Delivery > Policies > Intronis Backup.

  2. Click one of the following:

    • Files and Folders

    • Physical Imaging Standard

  3. Click a policy name.

  4. Click the Settings tab.

  5. Click Modify.

  6. Click the Alerts tab.

  7. Click the title of the alert configuration.

  8. In the Alert Categories, Actions and Notifications area, in the Severity list, select a severity.

  9. Click Save.
