• Barracuda Message Archiver Release Notes – Version 5.5.4 transitions Exchange Online archiving and report APIs to Microsoft Graph API ahead of Microsoft's October 1, 2026 EWS retirement, adds downloadable CSV reports for Exchange Online jobs, and resolves key backup and authentication fixes.

• Barracuda Email Gateway Defense Release Notes – Support for multiple display languages across the user interface.

• Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Release Notes – Various releases in September 2026.

• Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service Release Notes – Due to Microsoft’s deprecation of Exchange Web Services (EWS) for Exchange Online, Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service now uses Microsoft Graph to connect to your Microsoft 365 environment. Administrators must re-authenticate to accept the new permissions and prevent interruption to your nightly email sync.

• Getting Started – When selecting a region to house your data, keep in mind that all connections on an account use the same region regardless of their physical location. Select the region that best meets your organization’s data residency and compliance requirements.

• Email Protection now support multiple display languages across the user interface. Users can select their preferred display language from the Profile menu in the bottom-right corner. The selected language persists across sessions. Non-UI elements such as notifications, exports, and reports currently display in English.
