About Deleting Backup Data vs. Removing Backup Sets
Deleting (removing) a backup set does not necessarily delete the data usage from our servers. Some backup set types prompt if you want to delete the backup data when you delete the backup set.
If you do not see this option when deleting a backup set you need to delete the backup data manually.
To delete the backup data manually navigate to the Delete tab and click the Delete Data button.
Alternatively, if you are trying to delete all the data belonging to a computer account, see Deleting Customer Accounts.
You can remove files and folders backup sets in the following ways:
by Folder Hierarchy
by Daily Snapshots
by Backup Sets
by Stray Files
Remove by Folder Hierarchy
You can remove files and folders from the hierarchy that you originally backed up. You can delete multiple revisions.
